Erika Joseph is an Iraq-Afghanistan Veteran with over 10 years of federal service. She is CEO of Graham Enterprise Consulting, and a former Military Police Officer. During the course of her career in federal regulatory compliance in the banking industry, Erika experienced severe sexual harassment that highlights all of the benchmarks of what should NOT happen in a sexual harassment situation. Her experience with the federal government and her eventual departure from its employ, as well as the abuse she suffered while in the military, has emboldened her to share her story and offer a firsthand perspective of what she wished would have happened in those situations. Erika holds a Master of Business Administration and is the author of the forthcoming book, “Internal War”.
Erika has a very diverse background from consulting, bank management to artist management. While not a rapper, Erika is soon to release her song titled Fuck My Boss, which provides a very therapeutic outlet for those who are experiencing turmoil at their place of work. The song was written in her car using a T-pain app the day she left her six figure salary in exchange for her sanity. She is very active in her community, from speaking out against injustices to helping manage her family’s real estate endeavors, providing financial literacy counseling and real estate knowledge to the community.
Erika is involved in a host of non-profit organizations focused around advocating for human rights for a free and holistic lifestyle, social injustices, and world peace.
